We collect what we need to run your account, take payment and keep servers secure. We do not sell personal data. This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies.

VPSRely is responsible for the personal data described here. Privacy requests go to admin@vpsrely.com.

03What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and country
• Billing details: handled by a third-party payment processor. We keep order and invoice records, not full card numbers
• Technical data: IP addresses, login times, resource usage and firewall logs for the servers you run
• Support messages and any files you send us

04The data on your server

The contents of your server are yours. We do not read them except where you ask us to for support, where it is needed to keep the platform secure, or where the law requires it.

05Why we use it

• To provide the service you ordered, which is our contract with you
• To take payment and meet tax and accounting rules, which are legal obligations
• To prevent abuse and keep the network secure, which is a legitimate interest
• To answer support requests and send service notices
• To send marketing email, only if you have agreed, and you can stop at any time

06Who we share it with

We share data only with organisations that help us run the service: our payment processor, our data-centre and network providers, and professional advisers. We share data with authorities when the law requires it.

We do not sell personal data.

07Where data is processed

Your server runs in the region you choose. Account and billing data may be processed in the country where VPSRely is registered and in the countries where our payment processor operates. Where data leaves your region, we use safeguards the law accepts.

08How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account is open and for 12 months afterwards. We keep invoices as long as tax law requires, and server logs for 30 days.

09Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent. Email admin@vpsrely.com. We reply within one month.

You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

11Children

Our service is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

12Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we update the date at the top. For changes that matter, we email account holders.
