General questions
Do I get root or administrator access?
Yes. Linux servers come with root over SSH. Windows servers come with administrator over RDP. You can install any software your license allows.
Can I change plans later?
You can move to a larger plan from the control panel when you outgrow your current one. A resize can need one reboot, which usually takes a few minutes.
Which operating systems can I choose?
Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux and Windows Server. You can reinstall a different one at any time from the control panel.
How does billing work?
You pay monthly for each server. There is no setup fee and no long contract. Cancel from your account when you no longer need it.
How do I reach support?
Open a ticket from your client area or email us. Include the server name and what you were doing when the problem started.
Linux VPS questions
Which Linux distributions are available?
Ubuntu, Debian and AlmaLinux. Reinstall a different one from the control panel whenever you like.
Can I run Docker on a Linux VPS?
Yes. You have root access, so you can install Docker, Node.js, Python, Ruby or anything else that runs on your distribution.
Which Linux plan should I start with?
Basic suits most websites and small apps. Choose Starter for a test server and Standard or larger when you run a database next to your app.
Windows VPS questions
Is the Windows Server license included?
Windows Server is installed on the server for you. Email support@vpsrely.com before you order if you need the licence terms for your plan in writing.
How do I connect to a Windows VPS?
Use Remote Desktop (RDP). After you order, you receive the server IP address and administrator login by email.
Can I run trading software or business applications?
You get a full Windows desktop session, so you can install any application your license allows. Check the software vendor's own rules for hosted use.

Is there a setup fee?
No. The monthly price is the whole price.
Are prices in US dollars?
Yes. All prices on this site are in USD. Taxes such as VAT or sales tax are added at checkout where they apply, and the payment methods you can use are shown there.
What happens if I cancel?
Your server runs until the end of the period you paid for. See the refund policy for what applies to the first days.
